Yes, delivery is free on 90% of our catalogue. However, surcharges apply to more remote locations such as highlands and islands postcodes.

At the moment, we only ship to UK based postcodes. However, we may be able to ship internationally on bulk orders. Please email us for larger orders.

You can follow the status of your order from your account page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us confirming your tracking number.

Once you are in our courier’s tracking site, you will be able to access the most up-to-date tracking information for your parcel. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order from the courier, once you have received the despatch email.

Lucent Decors only stocks products of the utmost quality, and we retail them exclusively through only our website.

This allows us to offer a large catalogue of quality products, at the best price possible. We offer a 14 day returns period on all orders. This allows customers to purchase with the confidence that if the item does not suit, or is not exactly what was expected, it can be returned.

All that we ask is that the item is sent back to us in a saleable condition and it must be in its original packaging. On some occasions, some of our brands will allow customer-viewing experiences in their showrooms. Please note, bookings are essential and only through us -contact us for more information.

In the unlikely event that your purchase(s) are damaged in transit, please firstly refuse to sign for the item and send it back if it is visibly damaged before accepting delivery.

If it is only noticeable once opened, please send us an email at sales@lucentdecors.com with photographic evidence to support your claim.

We will then arrange collection of damaged parts or the whole item and send out replacement either with the same courier or separate depends on our suppliers.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

Yes. Often you should be able to choose a delivery date with our courrier partners.

You may communicate a chosen delivery date that suits you through the notes section on our checkout page whilst placing the order.

We will try to accommodate any last minute changes provided enough notice is given to us and is acceptable by our delivery partners.

Unfortunately, our warehouse does not cater for collections.

Yes, you can, and completely free of cost on these conditions:

1)   The item has been ordered and not despatched from our supplier’s warehouse. You'll need to let us know in the 2 hours following your order with us.

2)   If the item you have ordered is NOT IN STOCK and on PRE-ORDER.
